He is survived by: his wife Mary Lewis; his children, Chandra, Cheryl, Tiffany, Angela, Daniel, Sean Patrick and Brian; and his siblings, Robin Lewis, Theresa Bird, Shana Zajel, Tim Lewis and Mark Lewis. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
