He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Sutphin and Evelyn Sutphin; and his brothers, Freddy Sutphin, Jimmy Sutphin, Johnny Sutphin and Herman Sutphin.
He is survived by: his wife Vickie Sutphin; his sisters, Nancy Ward and Hazel Monroe; and his siblings-in-law, Linda R. Sutphin, Linda M. Sutphin, Lynn Sutphin, Cheryl Brunette, Bev Long (Russell) and Leslie Long (Linda). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members and many dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Munford Funeral Home - Munford (1136 Tipton Rd, Munford, TN 38058). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 12:15 PM to 12:45 PM at the Helen Crigger Cemetery (246 Beaver Rd, Munford, TN 38058).
