She is survived by: her husband Robert Simmonds of Murfreesboro, TN; her sons, Boone Michael (Jennifer) of Puryear, TN and Jeremiah Blount (Doree) of Dickson, TN; her siblings, Debbie Elkins (Gary) of Buchanan, TN and Lawrence Jackson (Amy Rose) of Paris; and her grandchildren, Killian Blount and Alex Akin.
