We are sad to announce that on September 29, 2019, Anthony Hook (Murfreesboro, Tennessee), born in Paducah, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Gus Hook and Ona Hook. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Ann Hook; his children, David Hook (Vanessa), Renee McGrath (Brad) and Jessica Jones (Josh); his brothers, Dennis Shelton (Renee) and Donald Hook; and his grandchildren, Grace McGrath, Luke McGrath and Joel Jones.

In lieu of flowers make donations to Vanderbilt Children's Hospital Cancer Center Nashville, TN.
