He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Gaskins and Pauline Gaskins. He is survived by: his uncle Joe; his daughters, Alyssa Gabrielle and Isabelle Grace; his wife Raquel; his siblings, Paul Gaskins (Linda), Linda Becker-Cook, Mary Lu Wagner (Norm) and Deborah Allen; his parents-in-law, Carolina Vega and Felix Vega (Mila); and his sister-in-law Caroline Schneider (John).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in honor or memory of Joe Gaskins to the Oakland Middle School Archery Team (853 Dejarnette Lane, Murfreesboro, TN 37130) for which he coached for almost 10 years or to a cancer foundation close to your heart.
