She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth "Ken" Albert McIntyre; and her parents, Gayle Fayette and Wanda Legan (Spencer). She is survived by: her son Jay Scott McIntyre (Sandra); her granddaughter Anneliese Hope McIntyre of Murfreesboro, TN; her son Bryan Keith McIntyre; and her granddaughter Kayla Jean McIntyre of Bloomington, IN.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations are requested to the Woodbury Lion's Club.
