She is survived by: her daughters, Phyllis Kittle and Sherrie Gilliam (David); her brother Alex Lauderdale; her grandchildren, Michael Kittle, Elizabeth Gilliam Womack and Caroline Gilliam Carothers; and her great grandchildren, Alex, Soren Kittle, Abigail, Alan and Ansley Carothers.
