He is survived by: his children, Courtney Anderson (Billy) and Jason Carter (Ashley); his grandchildren, Abbie Anderson, Allison Anderson, Audrey Carter and Brooks Carter; and his siblings, Mark Carter (Melanie), Janie Bush (Tommy) and Annette Olerud (Gilbert).
