He is survived by: his father Dave Bishop of Palmer, MA; his wife Melissa Bishop of Murfreesboro; his mother Henreiette Calkins (Robert); his daughter Amber Rose Hamilton; his grandchild Cortland Wayne Hamiltonn; his children, Christopher Anthony Hamiltonn, Braylee Ann Bishop and Brett Kingslee Bishop; his stepgranddaughter Lucy Hurst; his stepchild Lonnie McCloud; his siblings, Pamela Kosnicki, Darlene Bergeron, Katheen Mascaro and Kimberly King; his brother-in-law Samuel Calkins; and his brother Zachary Calkins. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
