He is survived by: his wife Stacie Nixon Vance; his children, Tim Vance (Susan Smith Vance) of Murfreesboro and Sharon Renee Vance of Murfreesboro; his grandchildren, Alexis (Wiley Casey) of Hampton and Taylor L. Vance of Brooklyn, NY; and his sisters, Martha Haley of Florida and Betty Smith of Smyrna.
