He is survived by: his wife Charlotte; his sister-in-law Janet Underwood (Jim); his niece Kim Hughes (Richard); his nephew Mark Polk (Mary Elam); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kendall, Bailey Hughes, Jackson and Bradley Polk. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
