He is survived by: his wife Brenda Millard; his children, Jeff Fox (Tina) and Shawn Fox (Shannon); and his siblings, Thomas B. Millard, Jr. (Carol), Karen Alford (Billy), Suzanne England (Ricky) and Burdah Marie Smith. He is also survived by nieces; nephews; and many other family and friends.
