He was predeceased by: his father Charles Thomas. He is survived by: his daughter Beth Smith (Mark) of Shelbyville; his grandchildren, Ryan Smith (Jessica) and Courtney Young (Nick); and his great grandchildren, Ryder, Boone Smith, Cam, Croy, Charlie Young, Parker and Brooks Grissom.
