He was predeceased by: his brother Barry Leyhew; and his grandparents, Tully, Mattie Barrett, Sam and Estelle Leahew.
He is survived by: his parents, John Leyhew and Eva Leyhew; his wife Terri Leyhew; his children, Amanda Robinson (Jerry), Kimberly Broughton (Troy) and Bruce Comer (Krissy); his grandchildren, Hunter, Shelby Broughton, Matthew, Eli, John Robinson, Ryker and Scarlett Comer; and his brothers, Jim Leyhew (Debbie) and Jody Leyhew (Wendy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
