She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Robert, Dovie Maynard, Joe and Joyce Smith; and her cousin Rob Sullivan.
She is survived by: her children, Issic Smith, Kelsey Bogle and Peyton Bogle; her parents, Tim Smith and Kathy Smith; her brother Lee Smith; her aunts and uncles, Peggy Gammon-Nelson, Penny Redfearn (Bobby), Mona Smith, Bobby Maynard (Tina), James Smith (Elaina), Billy Smith and Randy Gammon; her niece Mikayla Smith; and her cousins, Andrew Gammon, Stephanie Gammon, Ariel Sullivan, James Maynard, Bobbie Jo Maynard and Cassie Smith.
