We bid farewell to Chris Davenport of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 26, 2025 at the age of 93. Chris touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Reed and Mae Blanton Reed; her husband Roy Morris Davenport; and her siblings, Bobby Reed, Jacky Reed, Grant Reed, Carol Harris, Martha Leonard, Lucille Davenport and Annie Reed.
She is survived by: her children, Roy Davenport (Diane) and Rita Davis (David); and her grandchildren, Jake Davis (Lynne) and Rachel Young (Jonathan). She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
