He was predeceased by: his parents, James Veston Bowman and Jessie Beulah Perry Bowman; his wife Bessie Marie Hampton Bowman; and his siblings, Floyd Bowman, James Bowman, Ralph Bowman, Stanley Bowman, Ramsey Bowman, Ann Hall and Ruby Rackler.
He is survived by: his daughters, Glenda Daniel (Chris), Nettie Fox and Kim Scott; and his grandchildren, Allen Fox, Shane Fox, Elizabeth Fox, Matthew Fox, Lydia Scott and Elijah Scott. He is also survived by sixteen great-grandchildren and seven great-greatgrandchildren.
