He is survived by: his daughters, Denise Woolworth (Chris) and Jennifer Smith (Chris); his granddaughters, Lola, Nora Woolworth and Veronica Smith; and his siblings, Patty Krogstad and Joe Juarez. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
