He is survived by: his wife Robin Lee Ray Windsor; his daughters, Leah Danielle Isenberg (Kevin) and JoAnn Elizabeth Keeton (Joseph); his grandchildren, Sarah Elizabeth Isenberg, Joseph Stanley Isenberg and Jimmy Noble Keeton; his mother Doy Mai Windsor; and his brother Michael Ray Windsor (Debra).
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 16th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Woodfin Funeral Chapel - Murfreesboro (1488 Lascassas Pike, Murfreesboro, TN 37130). A funeral service was held on Sunday, March 16th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
