He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Collette and Mary Lou Collette. He is survived by: his wife Jan Collette; his daughter Austen Fugate; his grandchildren, Liam Kiefer and Lilyahna Fugate; his brother Alan Collette (Cheryl); and his sisters-in-law, Teresa Clark, Debby Green (Nate), Karen Clark and Dara Adams (Andrew). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
