He is survived by: his wife Janice Higgins Davis; his children, Donald Higgins, Jr. (Cortney), James Davis (Heather), Patrick Davis (Chelsea), Jennifer Reasoner (Travis), Jana Taylor (Brian) and Heather Phillips (Daniel); and his siblings, Tommy Davis, Donna Clark (Mark) and Sharon Airall (Claude). He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
