She was predeceased by: her parents, Winford Osborne, Sr. and Sally Taylor Osborne; her husband Anderson "Butch" Evans; her siblings, Will "Larry" Osborne, Sr., Sally E. Malone, Winford Osborne, Jr., Annie Brown, Dorothy M. Thomas, Mary Wade, Stella Marable, George D. Osborne and Willie Osborne; and her sister-in-law Lula Irene Mchenry Osborne.
She is survived by: her children, Dot Sneed (James) of Christiana, TN, Yolanda Joy Windrow (Joel) of Wartrace, TN and Anthony Evans of Murfreesboro, TN; her siblings, Bettie Wade (James) of Christiana, TN, Jerry Osborne of Murfreesboro, TN and James C. Osborne (Emma) of Murfreesboro, TN; her grandchildren, Deleregus, Alexis, Jasmine, Kloe, Myles Sneed, Datarious, Montez, Ayesha and Aaliyah Voorhies; and her friend Betty Parrish. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
