She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Brooks and Martha Brooks; her daughter Vickie Lee Lancaster; and her siblings, Bobby Brooks and Helen Joy Templeton.
She is survived by: her husband Richard Ray Polk Sr.; her son Richard Ray Polk Jr.; her daughter-in-law Mary Polk; her siblings, Charlie "Dugan" G. Brooks Jr. and Peggy Sue "Susie" Brooks; her son-in-law Mike Lancaster; and her grandchildren, William Polk, Hannah Polk, Michelle Lee Lancaster and Aaron Blake Lancaster.
