She is survived by: her sons, William E. "Ed" Jacobs (Marilyn) of Murfreesboro, TN and Rick T. Jacobs of Murfreesboro, TN; her grandchildren, Curtis Smith (Kathi), Kayla Holt (Michael) and David Lannom; and her great grandchildren, Maggie and Levi Holt.
