She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel F. Gardner and Lema Gatlin Gardner; and her husband Max Wilks. She is survived by: her daughters, Patsi Ann Wilks Flatt (Steve) and Margaret Lynn Wilks Vawter (Bob); and her grandchildren, Ethan Gardner Flatt (Katy), Lee Michael Flatt (Sarah), Rachel Wilks Flatt Fox (Ted), Clare Wilks Vawter Tubre (Oran) and Weston Benjamin Vawter (Jennifer). She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
