He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Byars and Martha Fern Keifler Harding, Sr.; his stepmother Mary Vernell Stanifer; and his half-brother Thomas Dirr. He is survived by: his half-sister Sharon Blakesly of Ft. Myers, FL; his niece Rachel Navy (Chuck) of Ft. Myers, FL; and his friends, Kenneth McGinness of Smyrna, TN and Jeffery Purcell of Alabama.
A burial was held on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
