He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard D. Mindigo and Nadine F. Mindigo; his former wife Patricia; and his sister Marilyn. He is survived by: his son Michael Roy Mindigo; his daughter-in-law Diana; his grandchildren, William, Lily Kathryn and Henry; his brothers, Richard (Candace), Michael (Marcia) and Philip (Robin); and his nieces and nephews, Ryan (Joanna), Mark (Laura), Lauren (David) and Katharine. He is also survived by ten cousins and three great nephews.
