He was predeceased by: his parents, Haldon Foutch and Elizabeth Smith Foutch; and his aunts, Grace, Blanche, Jessie and Margret.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Ann Fleischli Foutch; his children, Don Foutch (Pam) and Dottie Kraemer (Dave); his sister Bettie Jane Trainor; his grandchildren, Heather Kraemer-Stephens (Shannon), Heath Kraemer, Kevin Foutch (Audra) and Brianna Shaw (Brandon); and his great grandchildren, Samantha Kraemer, Oliver Foutch and Elliott Foutch.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to World Outreach Church.
