He was predeceased by: his parents, James Bell and Katie Bell; his children, Clarence Bell Owens and Denise Owens; and his sister Addie Fossie (Marvin).
He is survived by: his wife Katherine Bell; his children, Sylvan Thomas (George), Darryl Bell, Tonya Owens, Cheryl Davis, Keryl Rankins (Eugene), Terrance Bell, Tabitha Bell, Natasha Taylor (Lee), Monty Williams (Robert) and Eldridge Bell, Jr.; and his brother Willie Melvin Bell. He is also survived by loving grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
