It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Fay Barlow Wakeley of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, who passed away on December 8, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Barlow and Myrtle Barlow; her husbands, Gennette Hale and Paul Wakeley; and her siblings, Robert Barlow, Evelyn Mosley, Louise Barlow and Kathy Barlow.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sharon Hale and Melissa Cranie; and her siblings, Gena Yates (Bob), Shirley Messick, Jerry Barlow (Debbie), Linda Rowland (Jerry) and Jim Barlow Jr. (Cheryl). She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, and many great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Restoration Fellowship (675 Dejarnette Ln, Murfreesboro, TN 37130).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be sent to Restoration Fellowship Church of God Prophecy.
