It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Helen Hoover Nipper of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, who passed away on March 6, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, French Lowe and Margaret D. Hoover; her husband Hubert Nipper; and her son William Ronald "Ronnie" Hoover. She is survived by: her children, Terry Hoover (Vickie), Nancy Hoover of Murfreesboro and Carol Tepper (Tim) of Murfreesboro. She is also survived by five grandchildren, three great grandchildren, and eight nephews and nieces.
