With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gary Johnson (Murfreesboro, Tennessee), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 23, 2026 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Gertie Johnson; and his brothers, Carl Johnson and Aubrey Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Nipper Johnson; his sons, Scott Johnson of Murfreesboro and Robbie Johnson (Ashley) of Franklin; his sister Kathy Atkins (Russell) of Oklahoma; his granddaughters, Autumn White (Mason), Maclyn, Avney and Indie Johnson; and his great grandchild Camden White.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Northside Church, 655 W. Thompson Lane, Murfreesboro, TN 37129.
