He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. James W. Lemmons and Geneva Matthews Lemmons. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Parrish Lemmons; his daughters, Charlene Baxley (Walt) and Valerie Lemmons-Townsend (Charles); his grandchildren, McClain Baxley and Mary Margaret Baxley; his brother Sam Lemmons (Sarah); and his siblings-in-law, Sharon Reynolds (Frank) and Tom Parrish (Julie). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Woodfin Memorial Chapel (1488 Lascassas Pike, Murfreesboro, TN 37130). A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Evergreen Cemetery (519 Greenland Dr, Murfreesboro, TN 37130).
For those who wish, memorials may be made to the Masonic Children's Home, Scottish Rite Children's Hospital, or Shriner's Children's Hospital.
