He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Cook and Helen Merwin Cook; his wife Mary; and his grandsons, Ryan Field and Andy Cook.
He is survived by: his children, Teena Field (Shawn), Bill Cook (Marilyn), Kelly Alderman and Jennifer Morris (Randy); his grandchildren, David Windhausen, Kelly Ellis (Don), Jeff Cook (Mallory), Hunter Morris, Allison Alderman and Harry Alderman; his great grandchildren, Greyson Satterfield, Marley Cook, Henry Cook, Sydney Cook and Levi Ellis; and his siblings, John Cook and Emily Cook. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
