She was predeceased by: her father David Harold Price; and her aunt Dot. She is survived by: her mother Belinda Sue Crain; her husband John Horton; her son J. R. Horton; her stepdaughter Penny "Allen" King; her brothers, David Price (DeLeesa), Josh Price and Matt Price (Jennifer); her aunts, Evelyn Greene (Arville), Melavie Heath and Denise Roberson; her uncle Bennie Heath; her grandchildren, Brittany King and A. J. King (Ashley); and her grandmother Irene Deem. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
