It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Henry Kazuo Kajihara of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, born in Lahaina, Hawaii, who passed away on July 14, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Masaru Kajihara and Chiku Kajihara. He is survived by : his wife Mary Kajihara; his children, Lani Kajihara-Liehr (John) and Herb Kajihara (Emily); his grandchildren, Malia Grace Liehr and Hana Kajihara; and his siblings, Fred Kajihara (Gladys), Takashi Kajihara and Teruko Kuwahara.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St Marks United Methodist Church or Lions Club of Murfreesboro.

“Mary, Lani, and Herb, I cannot express how much sorrow I have for Henry’s passing of my very good friend! I have so many fond memories of our experiences thru the years - in Hawaii, in the old neighborhood where our children grew up, at the Lions Club meetings, at the Lions fundraisers in the kitchen, and wherever we met. He was the hardest working Lion and so appreciated but, Mary, he knew that you were always by his side!! He was a model citizen for his children and his friends. Miss him!”
