He was predeceased by: his parents, Fannie Lowery and Robert Lowery; his son Grady Lee Lowery; his grandson Buddy Allen Mosley; and his brothers, Michael Lowery, Johnny Lowery and Jimmy Lowery.
He is survived by: his wife Lucille Lowery; his children, Joyce Mosley (Jeff), Shirley Barrett (Jeremy) and Henry Lowery (Susan); his grandchildren, Deborah Lemke (James), Austin Barrett (Emilee), Jacob Lowery (Meredith), Alex Barrett (Ashley), Jason Barrett and Mason Mosley; his great grandchildren, Andrew Gibson, Aubree Barrett, Harrison Barrett, Bradley Lowery, Isabelle Barrett, Lorelei Barrett and Eleanor Lowery; and his siblings, Martha Cawthon, Robert Lowery, Thomas Lowery and Jerry Lowery (Elizabeth). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Woodbury Funeral Home (504 W Main St, Woodbury, TN 37190). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at the Coleman Cemetery.
