It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Irene Helen Wunschel in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, who passed away on September 27, 2025, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Frederick Louis Ungrich; her husband Rodney Wunschel; and her close friend Lori. She is survived by: her mother Marion O'Connor Ungrich (NJ); her son Wilson Barnes (Kelley) of Mufreesboro, TN; her friend Willie Barnes; her grandchildren, Zaria Barnes, Cameron Barnes, Camille Wilson (Zak) and Colin Barnes; her great grandchild Weston; and her siblings, Rick Ungrich of Floodwood, MN, Jim Ungrich (Joyce), Krista Santora (Lou) of Naples, FL, Sharon Palmer of Smithfield, NC and Ann Marie Feldman (Fred) of Downingtown, PA.. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the The Parc Apartments (3237 Memorial Blvd, Murfreesboro, TN 37129).
