He was predeceased by: his father Keith Swafford. He is survived by: his mother Sharon Driscoll; his brother AJ (Sarah Swafford); his nieces and nephews, Isaac, Caleb, Anna, Rachel, David and Lydia; his aunts, Sue Driscoll, DeeDee Driscoll, Linda Driscoll and Vivian Boatman; and his uncle Dave. He is also survived by his family and friends.
