He was predeceased by: his parents, James Aubrey Tune, Sr. and Perdita Ruth Greer Tune; his brothers, Daniel Henson Tune and Richard "Dick" Tune; and his sibling-in-law Dannis Faye Ross Tune.
He is survived by: his wife Gail Ventura Tune; his children, Scott Tune (Shelia) of Chattanooga and Melissa Kaufman Lovell (Patrick) of Atlanta; his grandchildren, Celia Lovell and Griffin Lovell of Atlanta; his sister Betty Mullins; his sister-in-law Martha Carver; and his sibling's children, Tammy Glidden (Jeff), Melissa Davidson (Kirk), Dan Mullins (Scarlett), Will Tune and Travis Tune.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Woodfin Chapel (203 N Lowry St, Smyrna, TN 37167). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Mapleview Cemetery (411 Maple St, Smyrna, TN 37167).
