He is survived by: his wife Pamela Booth; his children, Vair Booth Taylor of Paducah, KY and Edward Booth (Ted) of Benton, KY; his stepchildren, Brien Clark (Aon) of Murfreesboro, TN and Aimee Clark of Atlanta, GA; his grandchildren, Rett Taylor, Cheney, Delaney Noland, Anzley Booth, Kate and Brady Clark; his siblings, Bob Booth (Marty) and Donna Keenan (Raleigh); and his friends, Apichai, Yuri, Aprirada and Panida Chetawatee.
