He is survived by: his wife Edwina Bailey; his children, Stephanie Sloan, Sonya Brown, Patty Sadler and Mike Bailey (Kim); his grandchildren, Matt Sloan (Kyra), Jennifer Lowe (Jason), Susan Beaird (Brian) and Sarah Ford (Austin); and his siblings, Dewey Bailey, Joe Bailey, Christine Jarrell, Joyce Colvin, Lois Schlagel and Cindy Taylor. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
