He is survived by: his wife Emily Hackney; his son Patrick Clay Hackney (Kimberly); his grandchildren, Sean Hackney, Grace Hackney and Jaclyn Hackney; and his stepdaughters, Tara Boyce (Chad) and Kelly Williams (Keith). He is also survived by six step grandchildren.
