He was predeceased by: his parents, James Linkous and Wilma Linkous; and his siblings, Raymer Patterson and Pam Patterson. He is survived by: his wife LeAnn Linkous; his daughter Angela Thompson (Clay Thompson); his granddaughter Evie Thompson; his sisters, Susan Whitely (Gary Whitely) and Paula Miller (Stephen Miller) of Arizona; and his nieces and nephews, Cari Patterson, Dana Jarman (Jim Jarman), Brooke Robinson (Jamie Robinson), Matt Hinds (Jen Hinds) of Arizona and Matthew Handley.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude's Hospital.
