With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of James R Linkous (Murfreesboro, Tennessee), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 19, 2025 at the age of 65. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of James R Linkous to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Linkous and Wilma Linkous; and his siblings, Raymer Patterson and Pam Patterson. He is survived by: his wife LeAnn Linkous; his daughter Angela Thompson (Clay Thompson); his granddaughter Evie Thompson; his sisters, Susan Whitely (Gary Whitely) and Paula Miller (Stephen Miller) of Arizona; and his siblings' children, Cari Patterson, Dana Jarman (Jim Jarman), Brooke Robinson (Jamie Robinson), Matt Hinds (Jen Hinds) of Arizona and Matthew Handley.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Thompson Hall at St. Patrick's Anglican Church (7103 Baker Rd, Murfreesboro, TN 37129).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude's Hospital.
