He is survived by: his wife Bettie J. Osborne Wade; his daughters, Melissa Barnes (Zach) and Jennifer Messenger (Dedrick); his grandchildren, Michel'La Morrison (Michael), Myn'Tava Minter, Dalton James Messenger and Dajah'Sade'Messenger; his great grandchildren, Avantae Morrison, Quintavis Morrison, Alivia Morrison and Kiyah Sowa; his sisters, Vergie Batten, Vinnie Rucker and Dorothy Martin (Wilson); and his brother-in-law Jerry Osborne.
