She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank William Essex and Betty Ann Wittman Essex; her husband Danny Turner; and her brother-in-law Jim Bimson. She is survived by: her siblings, David Essex (Dorothy), Mike Essex (Marie) and Beth Bimson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Woodfin Funeral Chapels - Murfreesboro (1488 Lascassas Pike, Murfreesboro, TN 37130). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 from 1:15 PM to 2:15 PM at the Milton Cemetery (11381 Lascassas Pike, Milton, TN 37118).
