He is survived by: his children, Stacee Smith (Brett) of Murfreesboro and Jerry Smith, III (Lou Humphries) of Murfreesboro; and his grandchildren, Haleigh Sisco, Kyle Roden, Hannah Smith, Karah Smith, Brandon Pendergrast, Nevaeh Smith, Lena Smith and Ayla Smith.
