It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Lee Jones of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, who passed away on December 13, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Jones and Lucy Davidson Jones; and his siblings, Lawrence Jones, Jr., Clarence Edward Jones, Don Jones and Mary Agnes Edwards.

He is survived by: his wife Donna L. Jones; his children, Charles Lawrence Jones, Patrick Jones (Vandy) and Daphne Vantrease (Tim); his grandchildren, Makenzie Jones, Matthew Jones, Jacob Jones and Carlee Jones; and his siblings, Helen South, Eleanor Caudill, Jean Thomas (Walter) and Jane Forshee (Jackie). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
