He was predeceased by: his parents, George Jones and Margaret Jones; and his brother Ronnie Jones. He is survived by: his wife Jan Jones; and his siblings, Roy Jones (Paulette), Jacqueline Cole and Gary Jones (Michelle). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home & Memorial Park (660 Thompson Ln, Nashville, TN 37204). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. The military honors will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Middle Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery (7931 McCrory Ln, Nashville, TN 37221).
