It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jim Rich Roberts Sr. of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, who passed away on August 5, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bradford Earl and Annie Byrn Roberts; and his siblings, Anne Byrn Roberts and Bradford Earl Roberts, Jr. (Jim Rich). He is survived by: his wife Mary McCarty Roberts; his children, Deborah Roberts Horst, Mary Roberts McMakin (Tom) and James Daniel Richardson Roberts Jr. (Kate); his grandchildren, Madeline Horst Bland (Jay), Corporal Samuel Horst, Valerie, Wilson McMakin, Grace, James and Lily Roberts; and his great grandchild Jack Bland.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Oaklands Association or the Central Christian Church.
